A video consultation lets you contact your GP and get medical advice without having to visit the surgery.
During your video consultation, you’ll be able to tell your GP about your medical or health issue online.

Book a video consultation
Our video consultation service recently rebranded from Livi to Kry please visit their website to download the Kry app and book an appointment.
The only change patients will notice is that the Livi name has now become Kry. To support the transition, an in-app notification would have been displayed from the beginning of September to let users
know about the upcoming change.
The app icon will also change from the Livi logo to the new Kry logo.
Change or cancel a video consultation
Please visit the Kry website website to cancel your video consultation if you are unable to make the call. This allows the appointment to be opened up to other patients.
