Support Team

Read more about Support Team

We have a fantastic support team at the surgery consisting of:

Receptionists who provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs, nurses and paramedics. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries.

We have a medical secretary who is responsible for managing referrals and typing all letters at the request of our GPs. She also oversees the completion of medicals and reports by the GPs. If you need to discuss the progress of a referral, medical or report you can ask to speak to the medical secretary.

We also have scanning staff who are responsible for ensuring all clinical letters are scanned and saved into your medical record.
